All bookings are subject to availability. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the photography services provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is clean and presentable prior to the photography session. We reserve the right to refuse to photograph a property that is not in a suitable condition. The client is also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or consents for the photography session, including from tenants or property owners.

8. Image Delivery
